The Mount Conero has always represented the ideal hillside habitat for the culture of olive trees and consequently for the processing of olives and oil. And the mill, the emblem of our company, is its best evidence.
Therefore, relying on strong secular traditions, we took the decision to plant a new organic olive grove in the Conero Park and to embrace the production of monovarietals.
Each olive variety will be harvested and pressed separately in order to respect the different characteristics and the different harvesting periods which aren’t obviously the same for each cultivar.
This allows us to obtain some excellent extra virgin olive oils, each of them with their own organoleptic characteristics.
Our production is enriched by the Rosso Conero doc “Kyma Oros”, the vineyard with Montepulciano grapevines is facing east, on the slopes of Mount Conero, just above the Sassi Neri beach. This guarantees sunlight and sea breeze which will convey some fresh and pleasant notes to the wine.
